From the Bard Music Festival - Rediscoveries Series, this CD presents much of Taneyev's solo piano music including the Prelude and Fugue in G# minor, Andantino semplice, Repose, Slumber Song, and the Prelude in F major. In addition, there is a performance of the String Quintet in G major, Op. 14.
